The temple chief priest offered respects and worship to Lord Jagannatha and was happy with the devotees gesture to stop and chant at the temple. At about 12 noon the chariot procession came to an end at the the Sri Mahamariamman temple, Bukit Tembok (Railways). HH Janananda Goswami Maharaj delivered his Ratha Yatra address and class on Lord Jagannatha and especially touched on the coming 500th Anniversary celebrations of Lord Caitanya taking sanyasa and asked that all ISKCON centres in Malaysia observe it grandly as much as possible. Immediately after the Ratha Yatra class Maharaj was ushered to a small but attractive Tulasi and Ekadasi exhibition hut specially put up by the youths of ISKCON Seremban. It was a wonderful way to promote Tulasi worship. They had nice articles on Tulasi worship and care. The Youths also offered pots of Tulasi plant for those interested to worship and care for her. |
