Hare Krishna. During the worldwide celebrations of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu's 500th Sannyasa Anniversary, devotees from different parts of the world were encouraged to hold Maha Harinams among many other preaching programmes.

In Malaysia HG Kripa Sindhu Krishna Dasa prabhu coordinated a nationwide Harinam programme from the 14th to the 19th of January. Many centres of ISKCON Malaysia gathered their congregations for Harinams in their local towns and villages.

HG Kripa Sindhu Krishna dasa prabhu who was also hosting the ISKCON Mayapur General Manager, HG Sankarsan Nitai prabhu and the Bhaktivedanta National School Administrators lead Harinams in Taiping, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim and Penang.

During the Harinam devotees distributed prasadam and flyers about the significance of Lord Caitanya's advent and the importance of chanting the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra.

At Taiping on 17, more than 70 devotees congregated for the Harinam and afterwards for a class and prasadam at the centre.
At Kulim on 18th, about 20 devotees joined the Harinam and then to the centre for a class and prasadam
At Penang on 19th, the Harinam party took to the streets ofbusy Raja Uda and then came back to the temple for a class by HG Sankarsana Nitai prabhu, the General Managet of Mayapur and then for a prasadam feast.
